Praskla Technology brought together its core team members for a focused company strategy and review workshop, creating an opportunity to step away from daily operations and look at the organization as a whole. The gathering brought together nearly 10 core members to review what we had accomplished, where we stood as a company, and where we wanted to go next.
The discussion covered our completed projects, business performance, company structure, strengths, weaknesses, past failures, and the mistakes that shaped our journey so far. Beyond reviewing the past, the team also discussed current projects, upcoming opportunities, areas for improvement, and long-term goals leading towards July 2027.
